All payments made on ProSmmPanelStore.com are final and non-refundable once the order has been placed and processing has started.
Due to the digital nature of SMM services, we cannot reverse or cancel services once they begin delivering.
However, refunds may be granted in specific situations described below.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
If your order does not start within the expected start time and no progress is made within 48–72 hours.
If an order is partially delivered and the system cannot complete the remaining quantity.
A partial refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.
If a technical error or payment gateway issue causes:

All approved refunds will be issued as wallet credits to your ProSmmPanelStore account balance.

Users can use wallet balance for future orders on the platform.
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
• Wrong link, username, or private account provided by the user
• Incorrect service selected by the user
• Orders marked as Completed in the system
• Drop caused by platform algorithm changes (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• User deleting posts or changing account settings during the order
• Orders placed during maintenance or temporary service instability
• Change of mind after placing the order
• Attempt to misuse or abuse the service
Some services on ProSmmPanelStore.com include a Refill Guarantee, while others may not.
If a service includes Refill / Non-Drop guarantee, users may request a refill if followers, likes, views, or other metrics drop within the refill period.
The refill period varies by service and is displayed on the service description page.
Refills will only be provided if:
• The account or post remains public
• The original link remains unchanged
• The content has not been deleted
• The order ID is valid
Refill requests must be made within the refill period specified for the service.
Refills will not be provided if:
• The account becomes private
• Username or post link is changed
• The post or account is deleted
• The refill period has expired
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have started processing.
Cancellation may only be possible if the order is still in Pending status and has not begun.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are strictly prohibited.
If a user files a chargeback through their bank or payment provider:
• Their account will be permanently suspended
• All remaining balance will be forfeited
